The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale will once again bring a bestseller among Filipinos, Magical Books with Augmented Reality technology. The books aim to assist in a child’s learning and development they are able to interact, read, play and learn using the latest technology (Augmented Reality ) through reading. Classics such as “Little Read Riding Hood” and 8 new titles such as “ABC Fun with Mickey” and “123 Counting Fun with Mickey” will be available. In the Philippines, the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale works with Gawad Kalinga, as they reach out to communities in the country by giving back and helping to make a difference in every place they visit. During the 2018 Book Sale in Davao, 2111 books were donated to various villages, homes and elementary schools in Patag, Misuhumey, Pegalongan and Dumalogdog. In 2019, 13679 total books were already donated in Manila,Pampanga and Cebu. The recipients for Davao’s BBW Sale would be Sibol Villarica,Sibol Cogon,Sibol San Nicolas,Sibol Mahayag and Sibol Medsa in hopes of spreading knowledge to the people most especially, children. To kick start the donations, the Big Bad Wolf Sale already pledged 500 books.
