Mind health issues affect more Filipinos

In the Philippines, mental health is still a touchy subject that many people deal with in silence. At least 3.6 million Filipinos, according to the Department of Health (DOH), are affected by mental, neurological, and drug use diseases. For every 100,000 Filipinos, there is less than one mental health worker, according to the Philippine Mental Health Association. Because mental health services are so expensive—they might cost anywhere from ₱1,000 to ₱4,500 per session—access to them is still restricted.

Users can check their position on the scoreboard, participate in wellness challenges, and track their progress using its gamification function. When combined with wearables such as the mWell Watch and Rings, the mWellness Score functions optimally.
