The realme Note60 Built Tough for the Everyday User

With a basic price of just P4,999, the much-loved realme Note Series is returning with a brand-new addition: the realme Note 60, which is expected to break records as one of the most reasonably priced and robust phones available.

realme Note Series

With 4,000 units sold in only a few minutes after its release, the realme Note 50, which made its debut in January of this year, set a record for being the fastest-selling smartphone on TikTok Shop. With P28.9 million in sales, the realme Note 50 was acclaimed as TikTok's greatest 1-Day Sale of the Month in January due to its outstanding success.

With its remarkable specifications for an entry-level phone—the base 4GB+64GB edition for just P3,999—the Realme Note 50 caused a stir.GizGuide called it “one of the best entry-level phones with key features like a 90Hz screen, a long-lasting 5000mAh battery, and a good-performing main rear camera,” while PhilSTAR Tech’s Ed Geronia Jr. remarked, “No phone under P4,000 should feel and work this well. But it seems realme has done a spectacular job at making it a reality.”

The realme Note 50 was also highly praised by the official realme Community, which called it the best bang-for-buck phone."I know the realme Note 50 is not meant as a gaming phone, but for a budget device, it's good to know it can handle [Call of Duty Mobile]—I didn’t expect it to perform this well," shared Squad Leader Milky De Guzman Valderama.

Tough as Steel

The series has now advanced with the release of the realme Note 60, a new model that is incredibly resistant to bends, drops, and scratches while maintaining an economical price and boasting characteristics that make it "Tough as Steel."

To prove the realme Note 60's durability, the realme team put it through a number of special tests. Watch the strength test films that will shortly be uploaded on the official realme Facebook page to see how it fared under duress.

The realme Note 60 was used as an innovative substitute for the traditional slipper in the well-known street game Tumbang Preso in the Philippines. After being thrown around, the phone only sustained minor cuts.

In a rage room, the realme Note 60 was also put to the test by being thrown and smashed against different surfaces. The phone took the place of a conventional air hockey mallet in another test. In both cases, it absorbed every blow with amazing fortitude and displayed no surface damage.

Going one step further, the phone was put through a knife scratch test and a traditional 1.5-meter drop test without breaking at all. It was then utilized as a temporary cutting board for veggies.

The realme Note 60 passed with flying colors in spite of these severe tests, demonstrating remarkable resilience to dents, flexes, and drops.

In addition, it has a TÃœV Rheinland High-Reliability Certification and an IP64 grade for dust and water protection. The realme Note 60 is an all-around durable powerhouse that is prepared for any journey.

The realme Note 60 comes in two eye-catching hues, Marble Black and Voyage Blue, and two storage options: 4GB+128GB for P5,999 and 4GB+64GB for P4,999.
