Why Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Changed Its Name to Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz

The formal name of the corporation has been changed from Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI) to Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP).

 
After Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc (CCEP) and Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) announced on February 23, 2024, that they had successfully acquired CCEAP, the business received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to alter its name.
