Aligned with the National Women’s Month theme, “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas” (Women in All Sectors, Uplifting the Future), Madiskarte Moms PH’s Connected Moms Lead campaign underscores the importance of providing mothers with the necessary tools, skills, and digital access to navigate the complexities of modern life. The campaign stresses that being connected goes beyond maintaining a social media presence—it’s about ensuring access to resources and opportunities that address the diverse demands of their daily lives.

By focusing on empowerment through connectivity, the initiative aims to help mothers thrive in all aspects of life, from family to career, and beyond. It’s a call to support mothers in achieving balance and fulfillment in an increasingly digital and demanding world.

Acknowledging the challenges posed by the rapidly changing tech landscape, especially the rise of artificial intelligence, MMPH collaborated with Google Philippines to organize the successful ‘Ayan na! AI na!’ Gemini Academy for mompreneurs.

The Gemini Academy offered practical strategies to harness AI for tasks such as content creation, social media management, and customer service, helping mompreneurs save valuable time for both their businesses and families. Additionally, by learning how to use AI to simplify administrative tasks and even support their children’s education, participants gained the tools to create a more balanced and efficient lifestyle.

The workshop equipped attendees with the knowledge to safely and responsibly use Gemini and other AI tools, enabling them to foster business growth while enhancing family life. Participants explored practical ways to streamline processes, generate creative product ideas, and integrate AI into daily family routines, such as assisting with their children’s schoolwork. This initiative empowered mompreneurs to embrace AI as a tool for both professional success and personal fulfillment.

Recognizing notable mompreneurs

The inspiring stories of mompreneurs are set to be celebrated once more as Gawad Madiskarte returns, honoring those who have successfully built home-based online businesses while balancing the demands of family life. This year, MMPH is broadening its focus to recognize mompreneurs who are pioneering sustainable business practices and making a positive impact on their communities and the environment. The announcement of nominations is coming soon, kicking off a celebration of their extraordinary achievements and contributions.

Connecting with fellow moms and the community

From March 19 to 21, MMPH will hold the Madiskarte Moms Bazaar, providing mompreneurs with a platform to showcase and sell their products, from homemade food to handmade crafts. This event offers them the opportunity to step beyond e-commerce and reach a wider audience, allowing more people to discover and enjoy their unique creations.
